We enabled 10 women gain economic independence by offering them the opportunity to create and execute a Tv commercial for Telefono Rosa, the most important association in Italy for assisting female victims of domestic violence. The women were assisted by professionals and every one of them had a production role. They also acted in the commercial. The advert against domestic violence went on-air on the Italian most famous Tv-channels. The making-of of the commercial was recorded in a documentary that has been successfully shown to an audience of HR and recruitment professionals during two events, in Milan and Rome.
